What is Onisions coliflower recipe

Ha... that's no big deal. I just start to cook foods with some butter then put the lid on so it holds in the moisture (enabling the food to cook through without drying out and burning), then I remove the lid, and let the moisture evaporate... add whatever stir fry sauce you like, and it would wind up pretty similar.

But what is more in there then only coliflower and tofu? I see more then that.

I think it might be gyoza, at least the shape of the dough and the texture looks like that, but the way of  frying it confused me a bit🤪

I looove coliflower with tomato. I put coliflower everwhere, but, a loot of coliflower, a few days ago I added it to my pizza experiment and it was just out of this wooorlddd.
